In previous articles (we have a whole section for them) we have discovered how the Commander of the believers ‘Ali ibn Abi Talib (Allah is most certainly pleased with him), strongly hold onto the opinion of punishing not just pagan heretics (like the Sabaite proto-Rafidis) with fire but also “homosexuals” and idol-worshippers.

Sadly, many Shias are ignorant of their own books, but what is even more sad (and in fact dishonest and treacherous) is the scene some Shias make by claiming that Sunnism is violent by its very nature since it reveres personalities such as ‘Omar ibn Al-Khattab, Abu Bakr ibn Abi Quhafah and Khalid ibn Al-Walid who burnt their enemies alive and also did not shy away from beheadings (as a form of capital punishment), just like “Isis”.

Thanks to Allah, we have learnt from previous articles that ‘Ali ibn Abi Talib himself according to Shia references themselves must be accused of the same things the Shias accuse other companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) of.

As the icing of the cake, the final nail in the coffin if you like, we would like to present you statements and verdicts by major Shia scholars who have all sanctified punishments and execution forms such as beheadings, burning etc.

Shia scholars about burning and beheading and many more fanciful punishments

Let’s start with one of the classical scholars of the Shia, their Salaf basically:

Book:

Al-Muqni’ (The Convincer); a compilation of Shia hadith concerning legal matters by the Persian Abu Ja’far Muhammad ibn ‘Ali ibn Babawaih Al-Qummi also known as “Sadooq” (the Truthful). He who was born in c. 923 AD / 310 A.H. Qom, and died in Khorasan 991 AD / 380 A.H

Translation:

Know, that the punishment for the one who sodomises a young male servant is to be burnt with fire or that a wall is to be knocked down on top of him or by the sword (i.e. beheading), and if he decides to repent, he should do so without informing the Imam of the Muslims, because if he does so he will be doomed (i.e. executed). This is because one of the capital punishments we have mentioned will be applied on him. [Al-Muqni’ by Ibn Babawaih Al-Qummi, The Chapter of Fornication and Sodomy and what rulings and punishments are related to it, p. 430]

Book:

Tahrir Al-Wasilah by Ruhullah Musawi Khomeini (1320/1902 – 1409/1989). Tahrir Al-Wasilah is a book by “Ayatollah” Khomeini that serves as a commentary on traditional theological text, and as a guide for millions of Shias.

Problem no. 5 – The ruler may choose between the different form of the killing (i.e. execution) such as beheading with the sword, throwing him (i.e. “homosexual”) off a high place such as a mountain whilst his hands and legs are shackled or burning him with fire or stoning him according to one opinion, or that a wall is to be knocked down on top of him, on the active [“homosexual”] and passive [“homosexual”] alike. It is also permissible to reconcile between all these punishments and the burning, as in he gets killed first then gets burnt [Tahrir Al-Wasilah, p. 428 by Ayatollah Khomeini]

shiascan.com comment:

Notice how eager Shia jurists such as Khomeini (who did not invent anything, he rather simply copied what one of the earliest Shia scholars such as Ibn Babawaih said almost 900 years before him!) were, his fantasies had no limits, to the point that he even suggested combining all those “Isis” like punishments. Just to illustrate his words with some images, for the sake of absolute clarity:

The ruler may choose between the different form of the killing (i.e. execution) such as beheading with the sword …

throwing him (i.e. “homosexual”) off a high place such as a mountain whilst his hands and legs are shackled …

or burning him with fire …

Apologies, Shia verdicts seem to be to hardcore for our age, even putting “Isis” to shame. We acutally couldn’t find images of anyone executing gays by stoning or knocking down a wall on top of them, so we have to leave you with these until further notice.

PS: Here a nice short clip translated by us from Ayatollah Sabah Shibbar (representative of Grand Ayatollah Ali Sistani in Kuwait)on the legal punishments for sodomy (“gay” sex) according to Shiism. Watch carefully and if needed remind those apologists who sit in big glass houses and claim that “Sunnism/the Sahabah are inherently violent to look in the mirror (i.e. their own books, not just Bukhari …).
